We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Hyperdrive 3D! purchases, including coin packs, premium car unlocks, and the Supporter Pass subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Orders are processed through our Shopify checkout by Abd Studios Inc. To request a refund, reply to your Shopify order confirmation email with your order number, or contact our support team through the in-game support channel and we'll help you.

Subscriptions

The Supporter Pass is a one-time purchase covering 30 days of benefits. It does not auto-renew — buy it again whenever you want to keep supporting. Refunds are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated virtual items (coins, premium cars, Supporter benefits) may be removed from your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
